Product Introduction

MP-D series polymer melt pipeline booster gear pumps are mainly used for the smooth pressurization of high viscosity media in the polymer flow layer. The heating method is mainly heat conduction oil. It can also be directly connected to the pipeline for pressurizing conveying of polymer. Generally applicable to PET, PBT, PA, PC, PS, SAN, ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, POM and other processes.

D series polymer melt pipeline booster gear pump main features:

1) Can be applied to high temperature (350℃), medium and high pressure (15MPa), high viscosity (20,000Pa•s) working conditions;
2) The pressure flow pulsation is small, which can achieve near-linear flow output and is easy to control;
3) The heating method is hot conduction oil;
4) Precise structure, high precision, service life.

Shaft seal: spiral seal, packing seal, spiral + packing seal, other combination seal
Heating system: heat conduction oil heating
