Product Introduction
R series is mainly used for conveying high temperature and high viscosity polymer melt, such as resin, chemical fiber and other industries, generally installed in bottom of the reaction kettle. Or conveying medium and high viscosity medium in the vacuum reactor, the suction inlet large flange design can make the high viscosity medium suction smoothly under vacuum conditions, and can complete the transportation and pressurization of polymer materials under vacuum reaction conditions.
It can also be used to transport hot melt adhesive, asphalt, adhesive, pharmaceutical, food, grease, fuel, oil, dye, paint, lubricant, and other high viscosity materials without granular impurities.
The main features of R series melt gear pump
1) Can be applied to high temperature (350℃), medium and high pressure (15MPa), high viscosity (20,000Pa•s) working conditions;
2) The pressure flow pulsation is small, which can achieve near-linear flow output and is easy to control;
3) Good self-priming performance, can be applied to the inlet vacuum conditions (-0.05 ~ -0.09MPa);
4) Precise structure, high precision, long life.

Installation method:
The R series melt gear pump is generally installed in the lower part of the reactor, and the feed pump is used, and the drive shaft of the pump is arranged horizontally
