Pump body

The pump body is the basic framework of the high temperature melt pump, just like the outer shell of a house. It is usually made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials that can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure working environments and provide a stable working space for internal components.

Gears

Gears are one of the core components of high temperature melt pumps. It is generally composed of a pair of gears that mesh with each other, and the transmission of melt is realized through the rotation of the gears. The tooth shape and precision of the gears have a key influence on the flow rate and pressure stability of the pump, and high-precision gears can make the pump work more efficiently and stably.

Bearing

Bearings play the role of supporting and fixing the gear shaft to ensure the stability of the gears when rotating at high speed. Due to the high temperature of the working environment, the bearings usually adopt special high temperature resistant materials and lubrication methods to reduce friction and wear and prolong the service life.

Sealing device

Sealing device is the key to prevent melt leakage. Common forms of seals include mechanical seals and packing seals. Mechanical seals have a better sealing effect, which can effectively prevent high temperature melt leakage and ensure the normal operation of the pump and the safety of the working environment.

Heating and cooling system

In order to ensure that the melt is transported at the right temperature, high temperature melt pumps are usually equipped with heating and cooling systems. The heating system can warm up the low-temperature melt to a suitable working temperature, while the cooling system can cool down the temperature when it is too high, ensuring that the pump body and the melt are in the right temperature range.
